01 / The work

A reply is only as good as its facts.

These three edits show what changes, what stays, and why.

Demonstration, not client work

The customer asks

“Will my notebook arrive within two business days?”

The rough draft

Yes, your order will arrive within two business days.

An invented draft for this exercise.

The edited reply

In-stock orders are normally sent within two business days of confirmation. Delivery takes additional time and depends on the option you choose at checkout. We’ll send your tracking link when your order is dispatched.

What the sample brief actually says

F3: In-stock orders are normally dispatched within two business days; this is an estimate. Delivery time is separate. F4: A tracking link is sent at dispatch.

Why this edit matters

“Dispatched” became “arrive” in the rough draft. The edit corrects that promise, keeps the estimate, and tells the customer where tracking comes from.

Before sending: confirm the item is in stock. Do not add an arrival date without confirmed delivery information.

02 / The kit

A small,
defined project.

03 / Working together

From your policies
to usable replies.

  1. 01

    Start with your source material

Your current policies, product information, and recurring questions. A summary is enough; leave out private customer messages and payment details.

  2. 02

Draft, check, and flag the gaps

AI assists with drafting and editing. Each business claim is checked against the material you supply. Missing facts become questions for you.

  3. 03

    Review before anyone sends

You confirm the business facts and request revisions. Your team chooses the right reply, adapts it to the situation, and handles exceptions.

04 / Your starting point

What do your customers keep asking?

This worksheet is optional. Use it to collect your questions, or request a sample reply directly.

A few practical details

Before we begin.

Does ReplyTala use AI?

Yes, for drafting and editing. The kit also includes source checks, notes on missing facts, and guidance on using each reply. You review and approve the business information before using it.

Will you answer my customers for me?

This pilot is a writing service. Your team sends the replies. Live inbox management, chatbots, account access, and integrations are outside the scope.

What happens if a policy is unclear?

It is flagged for your confirmation. The draft will not fill the gap with an invented delivery date, refund promise, stock claim, or guarantee.

What if a draft needs changing?

The proposed kit includes one revision round within the agreed brief and a factual correction pass. Cancellation and refund terms will be agreed in writing before payment, alongside any applicable customer rights.

How does the free sample work?

Send one customer question, the relevant public policy or product link, and your preferred language. We check the supplied facts and prepare one AI-assisted draft reply, with anything needing your confirmation marked clearly. No purchase is required. We confirm timing with you; the sample is not an instant chat service.

Can I enquire in Arabic or English?

Yes. Send your question in Arabic or English and tell us which language you want the reply in. Your sample lets you check the wording and tone before discussing a larger kit.

Can I book a kit now?

Free sample requests and enquiries are open. Paid bookings are not open yet. No payment is collected on this site.
